What makes a useful brief?
Start with the property city and ZIP code. You may add the street address if you wish. Then describe the room as it is now and the result you want.
Tell us if the plan may move a wall, sink, range or island. Note any new lights, outlets, gas work or exhaust route. Add the cabinet, counter, floor and appliance choices that are already known.
A rough total budget and target period can help with fit. It is also fine to say that you are still at the research stage.
Do not place card details, passwords, identity numbers, bank records or private legal files in this form.
How is the brief used?
The site operator reads the response to understand the place and scope. We may ask for one missing fact. If the enquiry appears suitable, we may pass it to a separate kitchen-remodel business for a direct follow-up.
That business must inspect and price the work for itself. You decide whether to engage with it. Check its Arizona record, references, written scope and contract before you hire it.
